The BBQ was (IMHO) outstanding! The side dishes of pinto beans and collard greens were done very well, and though my wife raved about the corn muffins, I thought they were "good". Kudos to our waitress, since we had a reserved table (complete with signage), and another party decided to commandeer it. They were moved out with very little trouble, and we had a wonderful meal in a nice atmosphere. Only drawback to the experience was the lack of parking.

Bethany. We were expecting a busy mardi gras and had prepared for it but what happened far exceeded our expectations. Good Barbecue takes time - a lot of time and on occasion when business far exceeds our expectations we will sell out. We're sorry you were disappointed and if you send us your snail mail we'll try to make it up to you.

Excellent melt-in-your-mouth meal and we tasted some of about everything...especially loved the pickles, chili and ribs:) We'll be back!
The best. Hands down. Great food, beer, and service. Cow and Pig 4 life. Too expensive some say? Pft. You can split a $21 tray of the best bbq around and be sat-is-fied. How is that expensive (in Portland)? Tell me!! Now! On a side note, I sometimes use their website's revolving slide show as my screensaver.
Thank you for treating us tonight. Hands down best bbq I have had in years. Maine this is BBQ done right!
