Heard about salvage bbq from a friend and decided to try it out, best food I've ever had!
GREAT food, service, & atmosphere! It was worth the price! I will go there again!
My friend and I are new Maine residents from Tennessee, and I will say this is the best I've had other than back home! The smoke flavor of the meat along with the rub was delicious. We got a tray with pulled pork, ribs and brisket with collard greens and mac n cheese- which also came with a side of chili! There was enough food for 4 on this platter. We also got the banana pudding which is unbelievable. All around a great place for some comfort food.
Love the BBQ here. Great atmosphere, great beers and the food is amazing! Anytime I am in Portland I will go out of my way to make it to Salvage BBQ! Highly recommend this place!!!
