Food is too good, super punk rock staff- sauces are amazing.
We had a delicious meal! Great BBQ and all the fixins'. You won't even believe the low prices. :-) The band: Pete Witham and the Cozmik Zombies ROCKED the house, talented as a motherf---er! PS. Don't forget to order dessert. We had the BEST apple pie evah, seriously.
Salvage BBQ on congress st is wonderful, the food was delicious, the beer cold and the ambience was perfectly basic, as any BBQ joint should be. As a former chef at uncle billys BBQ , this place is the real deal ! I went in April for my birthday and we are going this upcoming Wednesday for my wife's birthday.
Ribs where perfectly smoked. Ribs had a nice bark and the meat held to the bone. Loved the collard green and the slaw had great seasoning.
Loved this BBQ place. Fab food, drinks and live band!
This is a bad attempt to be rustic or country more bar than eatery. Food was dried out. Best part of the meal was the homemade pickles. Just bad overall
The brisket and greens are mind-blowing! I honestly went twice this weekend.
