First of all the quality of BBQ is the best. Won't beat it in Maine. My issue is we order from Salvage 2 to 3 times a month, because it is the best. We stopped in to order 4 pounds of brisket and 4 pounds of pulled pork for a party we were having and were told 3 pounds was the most we could order because we didn't give 48 hour notice we only gave 45 hour notice. Are you kidding me. Although you are the best I will take my business else where in the future.
