I’m was referred to this Dr through my Dr at Watson Clinic. He is a terrible Dr. go anywhere else. I came with shoulder and upper arm pain. He did very little evaluation. He gave me a steroid injection and sent me on my way. He never told me anything I had to go on my chart to see what he even diagnosed or what he felt was the problem. If you’re looking for quality patient care and to be treated with kindness and respect you are in the wrong place. Dr Montenegro has terrible bedside manner, spent very little time with me (3 mins total, as a new patient to him), did not listen to what I was saying, heard what he wanted to hear, and then got an attitude with me when I asked questions about my care. Dr Montenegro is one of those doctors that gets you in/out quick. He’s spends less than 5 minutes in the room and is very quick and dismissive of patients needs or requests. His number one answer to everything is ‘insurance won’t do this/that’.He clearly doesn’t fight for his patients only cares for his office visit fee. I’ve never met a doctor who has treated me as poorly as Dr Montenegro.
Very professional. He gave me an injection in my knee and gave follow up instructions. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Dr. Montenegro has treated me for a knee injury and he is an excellent physician. He is knowledgeable, has a warm and caring bedside manner and takes the time to answer questions and explain treatments that are needed. I trust Dr. Montenegro and would definitely recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Montenegro does a good job of explaining what your problem is, in a way that you are able to understand. He never seems rushed and does a good job listening to your issues as well.
I have had a great experience with Dr. Montenegro. He takes the time to listen to you, explain what your situation is, and makes sure you leave having a clear understanding of your treatment and how to prevent further injury. He is also great with kids which is a huge plus! His office staff was timely and friendly as well. I always make sure to recommend him to my family and friends!
