I love this friendly place. Salvador Mollys has great tamales! (Hey! That rhymes!
Visiting from San Diego. Walked there. Fun decor. Huge menu. Had the fish taco. Other than the batter was a bit undercooked, it was probabably in my top three best fish tacos. That's saying a lot considering my roots and as I frequent baja. Flavor was killer. Topped it off with a Mexican beer for a perfect meal in my book. Friendly atmosphere. Quick service.
I have never had a bad experience at Salvador Molly's in all the years I've been going here. The food is fantastic and inventive and there's something for everyone, which makes it great for a party of people who can't decide on one type of cuisine. The pampas chimichurri steak is a favorite, the bulgogi beef tacos are amazing and if you like spicy food, I can't recommend the banh mi enough - especially at that price! My goal is to try everything on the menu at least once.
I had the BEST lunch today. It was a beautiful sunny day and we sat outside on their beautiful patio. I enjoyed the Chickpea Balls in a garlic aioli sauce along with a cup of Lentil Dal. I can't wait until I can come back again. Thanks S. Mollys, and thanks for offering the Reeds Ginger Brew.
