Waited for 1hour from the time we stepped in the door to the time we got our food. It was not busy, as there were plenty of open tables and spots at the bar, so service should not have been as slow as it was. Staff was obviously very uncoordinated and never smiled once. Super poor service. Food was not terrible, but it it was very disappointing we had to wait so long without any friendly service. When we asked for the check, it took another 15 minutes. We will not go back or recommend this place.

Normally I would eat here any day of the week. Tonight however, if this were the first time I was eating here, I would never go back. We waited approximately 40 minutes for appetizers. The grilled plantains came out burned and blackened. The fries came out about 10 minutes later with none of the sauce that you’re supposed to dip them in. By the time we got the sauce the fries were cold. The fettuccine we ordered was OK. I’m loved the food. I had fish tacos and a Longboard. The ambiance is outstanding. I highly recommend.
