RecommendedPeggy Baddour, the kind and very knowledgeable owner, is also an excellent teacher with patience. I’ve learned so many techniques from Peggy’s classes and her vast knitting experience. She stocks a large and varied inventory of gorgeous yarn with numerous shop samples for inspiration. Taking classes and knitting with other customers at the table are two of my favorite activities. RecommendedThe Salty Sheep is an awesome shop. There are lots of samples and a gorgeous selection of yarn. Peggy is so welcoming, you feel right at home! I travel from NY State each year to Emerald Isle for vacation and always visit this shop. I was so happy to hear they reopened after the hurricane and the new location is awesome. If your visiting the Crystal Coast do yourself a favor and visit The Salty Sheep. You won’t be disappointed!
