You would think when ordering some of the most expensive steaks, you could correctly cook them after the second time after completely messing up the first ones. The manager proceeded to come to the table and question a costumer’s opinion on how a steak should be correctly cooked, and shoving the plate into the costumer’s face is insanity, and Darrian needs some training on not being a complete dick to his customers. Husband and I visit this location at least 3 times a week and we are announced by name and greeted properly. The staff is always great but we have noticed lately everyone around us making up false complaints only to get a free meal or discount and it angers me. Tonight I told someone a piece of my mind and made up for the tip the waiter lost because of my mouth but the lady straight up lied and said the service was bad and the waiter tried everything in his power to rectify the stupid complaint and she was unsatisfiable. Food was delicious, but after shopping was looking forward for ice tea. They stated didn’t have filters for tea so it wasn’t ready. During our meal other people were drinking tea you would think it would be offered to us. This was yesterday Saturday 8/25/2018.
The “ cheese fries” are NOT cheese fries!!!! More like cheese potatoes ..
