Filet ordered medium rare Steak was ice cold & rare. Onion strings were greasy & ice cold. Manager Gary H took plates & said have a nice night. Did not offer to redo or anything. Rudeness overload.

It all seems so Very good , I am firing the Texas Roadhouse . The food and the service are so much better with Salt Grass .
I have never been so disappointed with a restaurant in my life. I was very upset with the conflicting bills that I'd been given and after spending over half an hour trying to get it settled they offered to give me $1. off. I'm sorry but if you have to call 3 managers to resolve such a small issue then you don't have my business. Seems like we get sick every time we've been there so no big loss.
