I had passed by this place many times and finally took the time to stop by, the Bologna Club and Kale Salad were great, I am definitely coming back to try their burger next time.
The staff, food and ambiance are the best! Had the Akaushi positively tender and flavorful. The Salumeria platter had a nice assortment of meats. The butcher shop had the most beautiful cuts of meat. We will definitely come back next time we are in town.

Staff is top notch and was willing to educate and share their recommendations. the cured meats and butchered cuts of meat were amazing with a great deal of variety. We ate at the restaurant and took some cured meats home, and in both cases, the food was outstanding and the beer selection was filled with nice options to pair with your food. Sunday, I also took a hands on class in how to butcher out a hog. Bryan is an excellent teacher and a master butcher. We had a great time learning and working in the butcher area.
