Not only is this a first class butcher shop but there’s a Restraunt here as well. I just had the Butcher’s Salad. Normally I’ll wolf down a salad in three minutes or less. This salad forced me to slooowww down. It took over twenty minutes to consume this delightful epicurean experience.
