Our NW shop is in the historic Esquire Building that has a history as a variety of theaters, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors (or at least they called the backdoor entrance an ‘ice parlor’ during prohibition).

Food Network "Top 5" Ice Cream - #2 Strawberry Honey Balsamic with Black Pepper
Some of these ice creams choices are bonkers. They also are fucking delicious. The "pie" varieties are a revelation that in a more perfect America would have been a childhood staple.
Strawberry balsamic is simply too good! But don't take my word for it--sample them all.
It's tough to get in and out in less than an hour but it's totally worth it. Taste everything. Really, they don't mind at all

You've probably heard it all, but my favorite is the Olive Oil Ice Cream. So creamy and it has an amazing olive oil aftertaste. 🍦
Best gourmet ice cream I've ever tasted, you should try the pear w blue cheese and almond brittle.
