Our NW shop is in the historic Esquire Building that has a history as a variety of theaters, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors (or at least they called the backdoor entrance an ‘ice parlor’ during prohibition).

This is the best ice cream shop for me , I was taking a salt caramel , but this time I take a cinnamon snickerdoodles and i like it .
Coffee and bourbon ice cream
The line moves fast and is well worth wait. Lavender and Balsalmic are our go-tos, but we always get seasonals. Flights are fun. In hurry, dash in for pints and avoid line
Creative concoctions.
This is like the Voodoo Doughnut of ice cream. It's a tourist attraction and honestly the flavors are so strange -- bleu cheese ice cream? No thanks. Go across the street and get a gelato instead.
don't think you can go wrong with any of the flavors here! best ice cream i've ever had.
Salt & Straw has some pretty wacky seasonal flavors. You can try flavors before you commit to them, and I strongly recommend doing so.
Everything
The strawberry rhubarb is coconut-based and vegan, without advertising it that way. You would never know it's not dairy if you didn't ask. The owner is a DOLL - def ask if he's around!
Salt & Straw has no reviews yet.
Salt & Straw is closed now. It will open at 11:00 a.m.
