The service want good. The food was ok. The steak was horrible.
I just moved to Knoxville and had never been to a Salsarita's before and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, even offering to let me taste test some things if I wasn't sure I'd like them. On top of that the food was delicious and they don't charge extra for guacamole on your tacos or burritos like chipotle does. I will be coming again!
start paying attention to orders, stop making excuses for why orders put in 1.5 hours prior are not done, quit having pissy attitudes toward customers. will NOT be back. sad thing is I talked to a manager a couple of weeks ago after they kept leaving stuff off the orders. i was assured things would be getting better. LIES. Things continue to get worse and I'm done giving chances. avoid if u dont like dealing with rude incompetent workers.
RecommendedIn general I would recommend. However, this particular trip I would not. The bins had food mixed in with each other which is risky due to potential food allergies. They were decently good but just to be honest, it’s not Chipotle. Service or quality.
Overpriced for sure!!! $20 for beef quesadilla with chips and queso.

We love Salsaritas! However, this location has just earned a 1 star rating and we will never visit again. I picked up an online order yesterday for myself and family - when I got home I realized a significant portion was missing. I have called multiple times, left messages, and no one has returned my call. It’s frustrating and very poor customer service.
