Great Veal Dishes! – Sal's in my opinion, the best Italian Food in Dallas. The Veal dishes are better than any "Cloth Tablecloth" type restaurant in the Metroplex. As for the "Rude/Bad Service" remarks above, Hey they're Yankees; what did you expect? If you want Great Food and don't mind rough service and a hole in the wall restaurant, then Sal's is the place. One Word; Meatballs.
Good pizza - bad service – If you want cold pizza and rude service order via the phone. This has happened 3 times now.
Excellent – If you are looking for somewhere to just get out and about and have a good meal at a decent cost with great service, Sal's is the place. We have visited this establishment many times and have NEVER been let down. It is a must!
