I’ve been a customer at this salon, but I’m very disappointed with how the receptionist treats clients (Rosi). She is consistently disrespectful and dismissive, making the experience uncomfortable from the moment you walk in. I’m not the only person of my family and friends that come to this salon, on my mom’s last visit she used the bathroom and Rosi ordered her to clean it, even without knowing if was her o don’t.
