i think the day was full of miscommunication. When booking appt they asked if i wanted a haircut. i said sure ! Apparently i was wrong, as I did not get a haircut. i asked about it and said I was mistaken. i brought in picture, color was nothing like picture. i got a crazy blowout not even styled just 'full' When I left I was hoping to look 10 years younger, not embarrassed and feeling ashamed. My stylist was very kind, but we must have envisioned a very different outcome.
Fabulous place! I thought you could only get great cuts in New York or Chicago; I guess I was wrong.
I love going to Salon Spa W. It's the only salon I will go to. Zoey is the best with nails too. always creative and her designs always come out amazing!
First off...let me just start by saying that Salon W should hold seminars on what phenomenal customer service is because they have the BEST customer service, hands down! Jackie is a color genius, my hair color looks amazing ALL THE TIME. Corbin cuts my hair and my daughters hair, which is no easy task, and we both come out looking fabulous every time! Salon Spa W is simply the best! Beautiful salon, wonderful staff. I have been going to Salon Spa W for 7 years and would never go anywhere else. Katie works wonders, she really listens and designs the perfect haircut. Sarah is an artist with nails, always has new ideas and suggestions. Best salon in the metro!
