I went to Salon U for the first time yesterday; I actually spotted that a stylist I had gone to at another salon in the past had moved there, so I requested her. The customer service was perfect, everyone seems excited to be there and they make you feel super comfortable. Heather Chaney is awesome! I've now gone to her 3 times and 2 of those appointments were for big hair changes (one major cut, the other for a dramatic color change). Such a good experience. Ryan did a great job with my color, and cut! He also was very honest and worked with my old bad cut. Do not let the “modernness” of this place intimidate you. You are treated like royalty there!
Salon U is an amazing salon. From the moment you walk in the door you’re treated like royalty by all of the staff. The atmosphere is bright and a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the day. Pampering at its finest. All of the stylists are amazing for whatever you desire. From hair to facials, hair removal and lashes.... Salon U is the place to go. I love it!!!!
I just went to Salon U for the first time and had a wonderful time! The salon itself is new and trendy with all the perks. They offer you water/soda/wine/beer while your stylist gets ready for you, which I think it a very nice touch. My stylist was Makayla and she did an amazing job! I got highlights, a trim, and she brought my fall bangs back. My color turned out better than I imagined and the whole experience was just perfect. 100% would recommend Salon U and Makayla to anyone and everyone.
