My favorite place to get my hair done! Caresse stoner is such an amazing cosmetologist and works miracles with hair! Seriously... I have been known to be particularly picky with my hair cut and color but she always know exactly what to do and what looks best on each individual. I hate that I had to move away because she is my hair guru! The salon itself has a great atmosphere, and great cookies if I do say so myself ;) definitely check them out!
I'll start by saying that the service is beyond what is expected. They do a great job on your hair, they're constantly checking up on you for coffee, etc., and the staff is very friendly. If you are looking for a new salon I would highly recommend checking it out.
I've been coming to Salon Sereno for a year and a half and never walked out unhappy! I get my hair cut and colored here continuously and live it every time! There is a saying that "you get what you pay for"... At Son Sereno, you are definitely getting more for your money! It's a great experience with professional service!
Worst customer service ever! The hair dresser had no regard for our time nor effort! They did not keep our appointment note honor the fact we schedule for a wedding date. I'm so disappointed in the place of business all the way around. The owner called to say, "If I had been there things would have been different". "How so", my daughter asked. No answer was given. None!! <1
