Fabulous salon. Lori is delightful, skilled and knowledgable. The salon atmosphere is helpful and friendly.
Elisa is an amazing stylist and very passionate about her work. She has been cutting my hair for 9 years!!! She respects your input and listens to what you want, but she also makes great suggestions on what would be best for your hair type. She is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. Now that she's moved from Texas to Colorado, I will travel to have her cut and style my hair because I wouldn't dream of entrusting my hair to anyone else.
Elisa Rodriguez has been my hair stylist for over 8 years now. Not only is she skilled in color, cut and styles but she is awesome styling high fashion, commercial print And weddings. I have worked with Elisa on many occasions: her work has been published. If you need a new fresh style she's the one to go too!
Completely unsatisfied with the keratin treatment provided. My hair is very frizzy. The keratin treatment they use is their own brand and does not work well for curly hair. After explaining to them that I was unsatisfied they refused to redo my hair and said there was nothing they could do to fix it.

We also can not guarantee the quality of your at home shampoo and conditioner you are using. When I began going to the salon my hair was badly damaged. It felt like corn silk. Shannon Koehler has my hair soft & healthier than it has been in years. I have the hair of a 30 year old women, hope she dies not ask for it back! It's beautiful. Shannon has done a wonderful job.
Absolutely fantastic! Really enjoy the staff! Caresse Stoner is a great stylist and honest about what will work and what won't also great with color. Will be there again without a question!
Just had my first experience at Salon Sereno and it was amazing! Shannon did a fantastic job coloring,cutting and styling my hair! After looking at some pictures I had brought in, she knew just what to do to achieve the new look I was hoping for and I couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend going to see Shannon.
