Went to get some stuck in blue-green color out. Said they had to go darker as dark as my roots which are a dark blonde. They went way darker and tried telling me it was my natural color. And it's still green. Now I have a botched brown and green and thwy say I picked it. It's going to cost hundreds to fix.
I just moved to the area and have a short pixie cut, which leaves no room for error. So happy with the way Erin cut my hair! She tweaked it so it’s super easy to style and looks awesome!
