I had the best experience at Resta I moved to Florida from the New York area and have been very selective in finding a salon to call home. Whitney hilighted my hair and gave me color beyond my expectations!! She is super sweet and a master of color! I finally found my home salon
Too oft I am met with disappointment when folks recommend a place. Food snob? Nah....just know I love a good bite and ambience. both of which this spot has in abundance.
