Serena was amazing! She listened to what style I wanted for my hair and when it didn’t turn out right she didn’t get grumpy that she had to redo it. Instead she gave me some ideas and tried a few options until it was exactly what I wanted. She did the same with my makeup. She changed lip colors and my eyeliner until I thought it was perfect! 10/10 experience!
