I have been here twice and with my son and we both love how friendly everyone is. My first time ever getting my hair colored and I chose salon professional academy and I love it!! My son got his hair cut and every Time He wants it cut he wants to come here. I highly recommend coming here
RecommendedI was in yesterday and had a great experience with Cameron!!! Before she started I thought my hair looked a little dry and fuzzy, I said nothing about it. She picked up on it a recommended a great conditioning treatment. My hair looks and feel great!
I had a great experience getting all of my hairs cut with Hannah Garrett. She was very nice and treated me very well and she gives great head massages!!! I highly recommend her
I had a great experience at the salon academy. It was my first time going and won’t be my last! Karin did my coloring and was super nice and informative. She made the whole experience great and I am so pleased with how my color turned out!
Made an appointment for an 8:30am appointment and got a call at 8:05, which I didn’t get because I was driving there, that “Kylie” wasn’t coming in today. So I’m standing there at 8:20 checking in and was informed my appointment was canceled. Seriously? I get that people get sick but that wasn’t the reason given, just “she’s not coming today”. I guess she skipped the day they discussed showing up for work too.
Super disappointed. My family and I have gone to the school for many years. Since they opened to be exact. I’m discouraged to know that every time I call in (5-7 days ahead of time) that they do not have anything available with the new time changes. Which good for their business but they have lost my 3 members of my family. I have tried to hold on as long as I could in hopes that it would turn around. But now I am done trying. Now I am discouraged because I have been turned down at least 8 times the past 3 weeks and when I d... read more
Karen was amazing. I was there for highlights. I have a ton of hair that is very long and she had experience with highlights but not with my amount or length of hair. She did amazing and her teachers also were there for her questions every step of the way. I am so glad that I came in and had given her a chance to learn and grow. Definitely will be going back, and did I mention I do not like salons in general because I have never liked the outcome, well all that changed today!!!!
