I Love This Place – I have been to Kim three times and my hair only gets better and so easy to handle. The color looks natural and the style takes care of itself. She always takes the time to explain what she is doing and why she is doing it. She also offers to shape my bangs inbetween do's for free. I have found my salon home. :) A Spence

Amazing Hair Salon – What an amazing salon. I have lived all over the US, from Dallas, DC, to Monterey Ca. as my husband is military. It is very hard to find a hairstylist that can not only be creative and artistic, but also really know what they are doing when cutting,coloring and styling my difficult, abundantly thick ,coarse hair. Nothing extraordinary and pricy! – I went to Salon Jack based on the reviews here. Stylist was very nice so was the receptionist. I went to the one in St Pete (I think they have since closed) and I literally was the only client in there. Kind of strange. I was pretty happy with my cut/color but I was there 4 hours! Which I thought was way too long and it was quite expensive (about $50) more than other places. I will not go back-It was good but nothing amazing.
This place is GREAT – I tried out majority of the places on this website and found something wrong with all of them until I stumbled upon salon Jack and one very interesting lady called KIM. She gives great suggestions and consultations about what to do with your hair and will really try to make your vision a reality when it comes to what you want. Good haircut, Bad service – The first time I went to Salon Jack, I wound up spending my entire evening waiting to actually get my hair cut. First, they called and told me the hairdresser was running 30 min. late. I showed up 30 min. after my original appointment time, yet didn't even have my hair washed until an hour after I got there. After they washed my hair, I sat in the chair for another 15 min. before the stylist came over to cut my hair. I didn't get out of the salon until almost 9pm when my appointment was at 6. good experience great place. besides the really good hair do the atmosphere is also welcoming and energetic . Plus not overpriced and no sales pressure. all their staff is friendly and attentive when you come in. always a pleasure to get my hair done.
