A Sure Thing! – I love the fact that every time I go in to see Chad that I am going to leave with a great haircut. For 3 years now he has been cutting my hair and I have never had a problem with the job he does. My haircut is $80.00 and has been that same price since i started seeing him. The haircuts he provides are done so well that the grow out process between my every 10 week visits is very manageable. I have also had color from other stylist there and have always been happy.
More like Salon JOKE – Supercuts quality at designer prices. These people must have paid for their "best in Tampa" title. They absolutely butchered my hair and then on top of that did nothing about it except charge me $90!!!! It's Perfect For Me! – First time visiting the Tampa Bay area, coming in from Boston I found the salon online, read all the review's, I made my appointment online on a Sunday and they did my hair that following Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised that online booking would turn around that fast. It was a great way for me to spend a early Tuesday morning in a new place. Never again – Do the employees write the reviews on here, or do they hire people to vote for them or write a good review? This place is SO RUDE and inconsiderate. NEVER AGAIN. Also, their stylist need a fashion class and learn how to dress better and the place could definitely use some sprucing up.
A FANTASTIC HAIRCUT – I went to Chad a few day's ago. He did a "FANTASTIC" job!! We first talked about what needed to be done to my hair and what I could expect. It turned out great. I really liked that I have finally found a fantastic hair dresser in Tampa!! I will surely recommend him to all my friends!
Scam for what you pay – I've always paid a lot to get my hair done. It's long and I love getting low light in the winter and highlights in the summer. When I first walked into this salon the customer service pp where like ugh. No interest in being nice or professional. On top of that the salon decor/interior was horrible. SOOOOO impressed – I have been looking for a quality hair salon for a LONG time!!! I did a little bit of research and discovered Salon Jack. From the first contact on the phone, I was impressed. I was treated with a great deal respect and professionalism throughout my entire appointment. My stylist Gina was extremely personable and took the time to listen to my requests. Good Salon – Overall good salon and nice people! Requested appointment online, I recieved a quick response for the time I asked for. A day later the owner emailed asking if I could come in a little earlier which was perfect because I had somewhere to be that afternoon. I got to the salon at the time he asked me to be there and they only had the original time down. Waste of time! – Made an appt online, showed up, I WAS NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM, the receptionist thought it was funny, "Yeah, that's not working so well yet (web page)"...was asked for my contact # & email, then asked to make an appt for the next week....after wasting my time & gas, I said no thank you & left. The receptionist runs outside & says "Chad wants you to come back in to answer questions about the webpage"...really?
