Wonderful experience at Salon Jack – I'm new to the Tampa area and waited until the last minute when I really needed a color and cut before calling Salon Jack. They were able to give me an appointment that same day with Jutta for color and Heather for my haircut. I couldn't be more pleased. My hair looks absolutely fabulous, and Jutta and Heather were both so nice and helpful. Where Megan goes I will follow!!!!! – I am 48 yrs old and have short blonde hair. I have had choppy hair cuts and have also had wait 2 weeks till it looks good hair cuts. RIDICOULOUS!!! – Quality Customer Service is out the door at this place. This is not only allowed it is enforced by the owner himself Chad. He hates kids so don't bring them for the kids sake. If you don't mind wasting your whole day waiting for bad service this is the place to go. There is only one positive in this place - Jutta, too bad such a talent has to work at place that treat customers worse than cattle. I waited too long...and left uncut! – I made an appt and after a 2 HOUR wait, I left. I'm a doctor - I don't have time to wait. I'd brought reading material and thought this was unusual - they said they were behind and every 20 minutes said, "another 20 minutes". I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt but I don't have this kind of time - this is just plain rude! I don't make patients wait - why would some hairdresser think he can make people wait like this. Apparently from the other review, I'm not the only one!

Are you sure you reviewed the right salon, Salon Jack? Our team has no recollection and nothing witnessed in the past or present of this mentioned scenario/ practice. Tampa General Hospital on Davis Island is located about 2 miles from the salon so we service a large group of fabulous people in the medical industry. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL – I would never ever recommend this salon. The staff there, especially Chad, are extremely unprofessional and rude. He clearly doesn't care about his customers which are nothing but money to him. Anyone who treats their customers the way I was treated don't deserve to be in business at all. Not only are the staff nasty, but who wants to wait in their run down tiny salon for 45 minutes past their appointment time. Terribly unprofessional – Been going for months. Kids were welcome, then without warning, chad says kids are not welcome and throws us out!!! No warning no professionalism, simply reprimands us like children and says "I don't know what you're thinking" after having invited the kids. In fact, we were there for the kids haircut and chad was late as usual!!!! Very rudely done! Poor customer relations. But he was very quick to point out how much money he 'rakes in'. BEST SALON EVER – Like a lot of people in Tampa, I have been to a zillion beauty salons in S. Tampa. After getting my haircut by Chad at Salon Jack I finally feel like my search is over. Chad listened to all my requests and gave me excactly what I wanted. It's nice to find a place with a cool look and a fun, friendly staff. I definitely recommend this salon to everyone!
Jutta is the best!! – I travel for work and have had my hair cut and colored in many cities but I have never been as happy as I am with Jutta! She takes her time and gives you a great cut and the perfect blonde color at a very reasonable price. She makes you feel like you are her only appointment of the day. Wild for Salon Jack – After a tragic botch job at a local salon (I won’t mention any names), my co-worker turned me on to Salon Jack and I’ve NEVER turned back. I walked in as a bleached Q-tip mess and walked out with the perfect shade of blonde…and might I add a very hot cut as well, thanks to Kim Joseph. Kim is the master of blonde…period!
