Randy ALWAYS does well on my hair! Mel is GREAT too! Great staff all around. The front desk staff is always welcoming and friendly.
I have never dyed my hair before. Maddie did an incredible job! Eased my anxiety and my hair looks amazing! I get compliments on it all the time.
I went to Shine in the Heights to have my eyebrows colored with my mother in law. We saw Jodee and she took such great care of us. She really paid attention to what we wanted and was so sweet. Shine is super cute inside and out! I recommend this place to all of my friends!
