Elissa is a magician at hair color! I’ve been seeing her for a few years now, but we just recently started doing balayage. We’ve played with blond, rose gold, and now we just finished a coloring session themed mulled wine! She took the photos I sent her for inspo and made the magic happen!!
Casey was amazing! Brought my 3 year old for her first hair cut and Casey was sweet understanding and so flexible! She gave my daughter a great cut and can’t wait to see her again! Can’t say enough about how kind and patient she was - definitely see her! We will be back !!!!
Because I live in Victoria, TX this was my first visit to Shine in the Heights. I have had the same hairstyle since 1970 and unfortunately my caller ID broke so the 70's was able to get through and ask for their hairstyle back :-( I looked online for highly rated hair salons and found Shine so today (1/30/18) I drove up there and asked that someone fix me up. This salon is amazing!! They do an incredible job, great atmosphere, and great people. They made me feel like a million bucks and gave me exactly what I wanted!!! I recommend Casey!
