The overall staff is good. However we had issues when we bought a hair product that was defective. We called right away and were told "no problem bring it for an exchange." When we took the defective product back the older blonde woman at the front desk acted like we were trying to pull a fast one. Even though until that day we were booking multiple appointments per month. We kept the defective product but we do not appreciate being treated that way.

I would not recommend them for acrilyc nails, had to get them fixed at another salon, the other person with me tips fell off the next day....
Salon Essentials is my one stop shop for my self-care needs! Edith gives a first rate massage. Jasmin is extremely passionate about offering facial services and products that really improve your skin. The Meghan's (O and L) give quick, perfect shellac manicures and are also dedicated to making sure that nails are healthy. I really appreciate the dedication of these folks to providing quality services! And, besides, I really like them as people. Very kind and caring.
What a wonderful place, went there last week for a massage and today for a cut & color � couldn't be happier... thank you
