My first appointment or lack of one was a horrible experience not to mention made me feel unimportant and embarrassed for being there. I made an appointment because I heard they do a good job and treat everyone well. When I got there on time to my appointment and after sitting there for a short time. Today is the first time I had my hair professionally done in over a year. Josh did such an amazing job and the conversation was fun I can't wait until my next appointment with him! I did not get the name of the lady that did my eyebrows but she was amazing too! I highly recommend this salon!
First time I've had my hair done here, and it turned out BEAUTIFULLY! Katie told me about this technique called "Balayage" - this woman knows her stuff! I'm looking forward to seeing what other ideas she can come up with for my hair! I'll be trying to schedule a manicure/pedicure next!
I made an appt for my daughter and her 3 friends today, and we just loved it! People were so nice, very friendly especially the guy who made my daughter pedi, very very kind and he also did an excellent job. �
Josh. End of story. He never takes an easy way out and take his time on everything. I've seen him twice now, one time for a haircut and the other just yesterday for a keratin treatment. He did amazing on my haircut and did exactly as I asked! His suggestions were so great and appreciated! There's not one bad thing I can say about him! Good job Josh :)
I started going there in July 2016 to get a Brazilian. I was a little hesitant at first because it is a very sensitive area and there where no reviews on Brazilians at all. I gotta admit, yesterday (January 4, 2017) was my last visit at the salon due to a PCS but I couldn't leave without giving Jasmin (my waxing lady) 5 stars!She is so professional, fast, friendly and Amazing at her job.
