I always bring pictures and he always gives me the perfect pixie cut; in fact my first cut with them was going form long hair to short-best decision I ever made, I love my hair now. Been coming here for almost six years. Very pleased with my outcomes and Jared's ability to collaborate. I've had hair cuts, corrective color, highlights, etc. Very comfortable place and complimentary wine, beverages and snacks. Love that the South Park neighborhood the salon is located is less hectic than other parts of DTLA. If you like a personalized experience and wish to avoid the large factory feel of many high end salons, you should try Salon Eleven.
