I had Jacque Timmins do my updo for my sorority's formal and it turned out AMAZING! Not only did my hair turn out better than I ever could have expected, but it also stayed put the entire night! I am a very picky person, but would say without hesitation that I would trust Jacque to style my hair for any event, even my wedding! I highly suggest this salon. 5 stars!!!!!
Holy Freakin' Crap! My hair looks FABULOUS!!! – I really shouldn't be writing this review at all, considering it will make appts with Robbert more difficult to come by. However, I cannot keep this a secret. I researched online for local salons. One was given poor reviews and I noticed several posters very upset about Robbert no longer being affiliated with it. Groupon make two of us new customers! – Love, Love Love this place. Was very pleased with our experience here. Bought 2 Groupons, one for hair color and haircut and one for pedicure and manicure. My friend and I wanted to go together but schedules conflicted so we at different times but we both thought the girls were really nice, served me wine while my hair color was on and my nails were perfect. Both girls who worked with me were named Melisa, I was very happy and will be a regular customer there. Thanks Groupon!!
poor customer service - understaffed! – I bought the Groupon for this salon, thinking I would try it out. Unfortunately, I was completely unable to book an appointment! I called the salon during regular business hours on several occassions (even leaving a message) and was never able to reach anyone! What kind of salon doesn't answer their phone or call back? PERFECT SALON & ROBBERT is amazing... – Salon Bella Mia is all about having a great overall experience without all the pretense of a typical city salon. Everyone (staff and clients) are friendly, happy and relaxed which is sooo refreshing. The free parking behind the salon is an added bonus. Robbert, I LOVE YOU! – Having showed up at Spa Uptown only to find the doors closed was frustrating and sad, but what is more sad was trying to find my Robbert!
