My hair looked awful afterwards, and my request for a refund was denied. I felt like money was more important than giving me good customer service, and for that reason I will never go back and will never recommend to anyone else.
I had my first "real" haircut about 23 years ago, at age 9, with Richard and he continued to be my stylist into my early teens.
