I made an appointment a couple weeks in advance, asked to get off work early and drove 50 minutes and after I waited they asked if I could reschedule because they didn’t have time to do my hair.
If could give 0 stars I would. Don't even make an appointment because they will cancel on you once you arrive with no explanation except they don't have time to do your hair. Seriously, people drive in traffic, leave work early and get there and are told they can't do your hair. Stylist didn't even come out to explain....So unprofessional!
Absolutely loved my appointment with Ashley!! I told her do whatever it takes to get my hair healthy and shiny and she gave me the best hair cut and style. She understands the new style of cutting and styling hair and I love how my hair turned out. I told her I loved how she curled her hair so she dried my hair smooth and then showed me how I can curl it at home just like hers. She was so patient and really made sure I was happy with the finished look. She also introduced me to a leave in conditioner that I’m obsessed with. ... read more
