I totally enjoyed my hair experience at Salon 427. The staff are very professional and everyone made you feel welcomed. I had the pleasure to have Krystal as my beautician. She had a short interview with me before cutting my hair to find out what I liked about my hair, what I did not like, and the reason for my visit. I enjoyed the fact that she really took interest in my wants and needs and then told me her recommendation for my hair.
