Met my stylist Krystal today. I had gotten my hair done here before many years ago at the old location. Krystal showed me around the new salon before we started my haircut. We talked about what kind of haircut I was looking for and she took her time with me. I left with a fresh new hair style and I am looking forward to my next visit in the salon! �
I wish I could give this salon a higher review, but after a few times going there, I wasn't feeling 100% about my experience. Between constant rescheduling of the stylist, Melanie, to leaving a washcloth on my head in the washroom for almost 30 minutes and it turning ice cold, I was done. The rescheduling thing happened to my son and husband as well. I always felt forgotten about when my hair was processing, or I was in the washroom. The atmosphere is so welcoming & cozy! The cosmetologist Erika is incredible & always so educated when it comes to color. I will forever recommend Salon 427.
Salon 427 is in a class of its own. The service is above any other salon I've ever been to, and the stylist are very original, with their own original style, and flare, I would recommend this place to anyone. Even if you don't have hair, find someone who does, just for the experience.
I had such high hopes when we went today. My daughter only wanted a trim and her hair thinned out. It looked great when we left but when we got home and I got a good look at the cut and I saw that there were a lot of stray hairs that weren't even cut that I had to trim and I really don't even think that it is even.
Been going here for years and wont go anywhere else! Love everything about this place.
