Had my first experince today with Krys.. couldn't have left happier.
I love how Stephanie sat down with me and talked about what I want. She took notes, wrote up a plan and price before we started my hair. It is nice to know what you are paying for and not being slapped in the face with all the extra hidden cost. She worked in my budget, corrected my hair, work within my time restraint I had. I have sat in a chair for 4-5 hours to get my hair done, this was not the case yesterday, less time and less stress on me. Well, I have heard good things but I didn't have the chance to experience anything good. I am very disappointed as I was excited to try this salon. I called multiple times only to be directed to a voicemail to which I was never called back like the voicemail stated. I finally reached someone and made an appointment however, there was a change in my schedule and I had to reschedule.
