I called before going to this salon to figure out pricing. When I went to my appointment I was charged more than what I was told on the phone. Not only that, I received low quality service. I asked for color, cut and style. After the coloring process, the stylist didn’t want to dry my hair because “it would take too long.” After I told the stylist I wanted my hair dried, she did so. Then when it was dry, she didn’t want to style it. Eventually she did, but did a horrible job. My hair cut is uneven and the highlights are done... read more

Whether you are there for a hair cut, massage or mani/pedi everyone there is awesome and I always walk out feeling great! Thanks all!!!!
Pretty awful customer service... I've been sitting in the waiting area for 15 minutes, I'm the first customer. An employee walked by and said hi but kept on walking by... no one has come to ask me what I'm here for. So thanks for nothing. I'm out.
