Today's appointment once again solidified my reason for driving long-distance for dental care-- I am thoroughly pleased and confident with the expertise, professionalism, and compassion exhibited by those employed at Boger Dental- even though I'm no longer a "new patient!" Highly recommend, without hesitation!
Very friendly staff, Michelle, my hygienist is amazing, very knowledgeable. I like the tv's in the ceiling, and the modernous of the office in general. The only down side is that follow up appointments seem to be far off. This has happened on several occasions. I have a cavity and have to wait more than two months to get it filled, from my dentist of choice, Dr. Scherweit, who is also great, by the way! Otherwise I am pleased I came to Boger after coming from my previous dentist of 30 years who retired.
My first experience with Boger was very pleasant, I was impressed by the professional staff from front desk to the Dr. They took time to answer my questions and explain me fully the details. They were open to suggestions and direction I want to take to going forward. I was totally shocked to see such updated and clean equipment, mind you I have not visited my regular dentist for 5-10 years, I didn't need to because I haven't had problems. From the second you walk in the door to the moment you leave, you are treated with respect and kindness. The staff at Boger Dental makes it a point to get to know you and make you feel comfortable. Procedures are consistently high quality and efficient. It is hard to imagine going anywhere else for my dental care!
I broke a tooth last Saturday afternoon and left a message on the Boger after hours line. Our phone rang at 7:30 Monday morning and a representative of Boger Dentistry wanted to know when I could come in. In spite of being totally booked for that day, Nicole, Dr. Chad and Missy made certain I was seen, that I was given my options and that appointments made for future dates to prepare the temporary, oral surgery and placement of the permanent bridge. Boger Dental has fabulous professionals who take great care of my teeth and dental health. The office provides everything a patients could want: bottled waters, coffee, TV on the ceiling, ear buds, laughing gas and anything to create a stress-free visit. THANKS Boger!
Michelle took great care of my 3-year-old! My daughter wasn't nervous at all and Michelle was sure to explain everything that was happening and keep her comfortable the entire time! My whole family goes to Boger and we all love it!! Best dentist any of us has used!
Today I had a dental cleaning. I have been seeing Cari for years at Boger Dental and I appreciate her gentle and direct bedside manner. She makes getting a cleaning fun! I'd recommend Boger Dental hands down for all the dental services they offer.
