The office is always very welcoming and the staff is very friendly. The dental assistant's are always very kind and happy.
I had a great first experience at Boger dental. I felt welcomed right away when checking in at the front desk. My Hygienist, Cari, made me feel comfortable and explained things as they occurred. Dr. Boger was very personable and explained what he discovered in the x-rays and exam. He repaired a rough surface on my front tooth that had been bothering me for some time. The nicest staff I have ever met! Kind to me and my two small daughters. Even helped me out to my car with the stroller! My three year old loved getting a "prize" with her tokens even tho it was my appt. My one year old picked a treat from the fridge. I have so many ways the staff went above and beyond I can't list them all. Just so shocked and wished I would have come her sooner. What a wonderful place that cares! My first visit here. Everyone was very friendly and professional. All of my questions were answered and Natalie even got x-rays taken successfully. That hasn't been done in a while due to my gag reflex. Dr Madden found the source of my problem and I will be back to get it fully taken care of...
I have never been to a dental office in which so much thought goes into how the patient feels - emotionally and physically. Every employee there is kind and respectful. I cannot provide a higher recommendation for any dental practice!
I continue to be surprised at Boger Dental's ability to make uncomfortable procedures the most painless as possible. From the beginning of my appointment to the end the team was doing everything they could to make the experience as good as it could be. They also made sure I understood all they were doing and that I knew what to expect as I healed. I drive 45 minutes to go to this dentist and it is so worth it!
The treatment was efficient and carefully done by Dr. Schmidt. He was very well prepared to do what he needed to do with my cracked tooth. I was very impressed with his service. I recommend him highly to others and also the Boger Dental Clinic is very friendly and accommodating. Thanks also for checking on me following my appointment.
