Staff is rude, they do not return messages. Would not see my husband, who was in a car accident until I promised to pay out of pocket. We have insurance but they would not use it. Only went there because my pcp, Dr Joshi transferred there. I used his private number to get refills of meds because staff did not respond. I was very happy to hear that he moved to Martin’s Point. I honestly wouldn’t bring this place up. The doctors are amazing but the front staff almost make it worth going through the trouble of finding another office. I have never written a review for anything, but after the conversation I just had with their front staff I felt the need to give people a heads up. They are not customer friendly. I was frustrated when calling in and just stated that I’ve had issues every time I’ve made an appointment I was told that “we could have done that sooner but you were too busy yelling at me”.... read more

I have been in the medical field for 20+ years, I started out at the front desk. It’s a hard job you are the first point of contact!!! You represent the office, the doctors and the whole business!!! I have said before your office staff can make or break you . IF YOU CANT SMILE, BE RESPECTFUL AND HAVE COMPASSION for the patients coming in that door you don’t belong there !! My family has been coming to Salmon Falls for years. I will not be going anymore. The service is far from acceptable. Its all just a revolving door getting patients in and out. Lack of communication when primary care doctors leave. Have had to chase them to find out test results about fairly important health issues. I could go on. I used to refer people.to Salmon Falls. Not anymore. the last few years are worse than dealing with any VA office!!!
