RecommendedMy daughter and I were passing through Richmond on our way from NY to GA. She had her heart set on a lemon filled cupcake. They didn’t have any that day. SO THEY MADE THEM FOR HER! The staff was so sweet and generous. The food delicious. I’d go all the time if I lived nearby.

Great spot, we had chicken salad, potato salad, and lemon filled cupcakes! They are definitely a repeat order for us!!!! We are already scheduling our return, I want to try the pimento cheese.
I loved this place. The food is wonderful and makes me think of my great-grandmother who made everything from scratch too! I love the pimento cheese box lunch with chocolate or caramel cupcake and tea. The ladies behind the counter are quite pleasant. I will be back again!
We stopped by yesterday driving through Richmond since I’ve always wanted to go to Sally Bell’s Kitchen. The service was wonderful and the crushed almond cupcake was the best!
Food was great when they finally got the order right. I ordered a Cream Cheese with Nut but got the wrong sandwich first, so I went back to get the right sandwich. Then went to bite into the sandwich and the bread was old, so I had to go back again. Again, food was great after two extra trips to get it right.
Took my mother there for the 1st time and she was impressed with how clean everything was!!
This place was recommended by one of my employees who saw an article about the restaurant. I can honestly say this was the best recommendation I could have received. The service was a bit slow, but to be fair the staff were friendly and conversational while we were waiting. The food was great and my husband raved about the potato salad all the way back to Delaware! I will definitely eat here again when we visit Richmond.
Delicious as always! For the first time I tried the orange cupcake and it was so good! That’s my favorite now!
