I’ve been going here since I was a child, and it’s as delicious as ever.
My Daughter & I went for the first time today! Excellent service & food! The cashier was so sweet & even let us sample items! Everything was delicious. Chicken salad,potato salad macaroni salad, deviled eggs were wonderful. The lemon chess pie was amazing. We brought home sweet potato pie & cupcakes. I have no doubt they will be tasty also. Thankyou Sally Bell's kitchen for a delightful lunch!!! ♡♡♡

My great aunt walked to Sally Bell from where she worked at the YMCA on Franklin Street. My dad drove her to and from work, and every day she put a cupcake in his lunch. This was in the 1950s! Great fans ever since!❤️

I remember as a small child what a true treat it would be to have a boxed lunch with an almond cupcake from Sally Bell’s!! Absolutely a wonderful place and a true RVA tradition.
My daughter and I were passing through Richmond on our way from NY to GA. She had her heart set on a lemon filled cupcake. They didn’t have any that day. SO THEY MADE THEM FOR HER! The staff was so sweet and generous. The food delicious. I’d go all the time if I lived nearby.
