Went by at 10:45 and the doors were locked & lights off. Door and website said they open at 10.

Horrible customer service from whoever was working the front desk 9/12/23 @ 1:30pm. She was very short with me when I tried making a return. I had to repeat my form of payment 3 times because she continued to cut me off and spoke loudly at me (as if I was supposed to know the return process like the back of my hand). I’ve never made a return to Sally’s before and I didn’t appreciate her disrespect by not listening to my situation from the start and cutting me off numerous times. If you want a Sally’s to go to then this is the one! Tina Griffith’s the manager is AMAZING!!!!! Please don’t EVER take her to another store or let her leave! She is truly the BEST I have ever encountered in all of my years of going to Sally’s! She honestly deserves a good raise! Each time I go in there, all I have to do is tell her what I am wanting to do and she ALWAYS has the ANSWERS and the BEST ones @ that!
