I came in today to take advantage of the wonderful Ion Shampoo/Conditioner Buy One Get 2nd One 50% OFF! Unfortunately, they didn't have what I was needing. Jona offered a few different solutions, including to set aside the Ion Products and give me a call when she had them ready for me. I have to put this out there- the person who helped me save my hair today was wonderful. I didn’t catch their name, but they had piercings and cool makeup and short pinkish blonde hair. They recommended exactly what I needed to go from (unintentional) bright neon orange, to a natural ginger color, and it worked so well! saved me from getting in trouble with my boss about my hair color! thank you so so so much! <3

Went in for hair color and all the employees couldn’t be bothered. Walked passed me multiple times acting as if I was an inconvenience. Not a single person offered to help me or asked if I needed anything.

Went today to exchange some dye and pick a different color. The ladies were extremely educational and helpful. Will definitely be back again to this specific location. I didn’t catch their names but you all should be so proud to have people like them represent your company!!
