The store did not have what I was looking for despite the website indicating stock availability at this location. However, I truly appreciated the sales rep’s offer to go out back and look for the item in the most recently received stock. I thought that was very kind and considerate and deserved a 5 star rating. Thank you for your help and look forward to continuing to shop at this store.
Went in on Friday 19 to get something for my hair cause my hair is so course frizzy and curly and the sales rep named Kiki recommended A product for my hair to help tame my frizz and it works amazing.
Very disappointed with my experience at Sally Beauty in Bayer's Lake on May 29 around 6 PM. While employee Zela was wonderful, friendly, patient, and provided excellent customer service, the manager's behavior was extremely unprofessional. In front of customers, the manager openly criticized Zela for taking too long at the cash register, pushed her aside, and took over the transaction. I was just in and I have to say Lynn is very sweet, helpful and very professional I would hang on to her if this was my place of business.
