We started the building process with Salisbury in November of 2021. Submitted a picture of a check to put us on the wait list. In May of 2022 we got a text saying they were out of lots in our desired area but we were first on the list and they had new lots in another area. We decided to proceed. Do not stand by their warranty for shoddy workmanship and unacceptable warranty work when done.
warranty dept is inefficient, sidney is terrible in responding to repair items and is incompetent. heating vendor will not make repairs and is very defiant
Everything seemed great at first. JD was awesome and answered my questions. Walked through a home which looked nice and seemed reasonably priced. WATCH OUT FOR THESE PEOPLE THOUGH! I was promised some concession by JD and when push came to shove Salisbury wouldn't honor what JD had promised. They enforce their contracts ruthlessly and will not give back any money you pay down even if their agents make mistakes. The agent may promise they will be nice but READ THE CONTRACT.
