My husband was referred to Dr Ryan Griggs at Salinas Valley Health Urologists. Dr Ryan was so professional actually talked to us not looking at the computer as most Drs do now days. He asked about family history and went over the test results making sure that we knew everything that was going on pre-post and everything in between wanted to make sure we were comfortable with everything that he had explained. I have been dealing with the unprofessionalism of the staff FOR MONTHS! Got a procedure done without medication because the staff is incompetent. Had to reschedule so many times. Now I'm in horrible pain and I can't get pain meds. Would NEVER recomend. Zero stars. I'm in so much pain and so sore 9 day's out, this can't be normal. Doctor was nice but I feel he was really rough and I'm paying for it now. I was in the office for about 5 hours.
